"Nachalat Binyamin" is a pedestrian zone in central-southern Tel-Aviv. It hosts street bazaars on Tue and Fri every week. This is a great place to shop for holiday gifts, to buy some knick-knacks and to get into a "holiday everyday" spirit.
Nachalat Binyamin st. is called after Nachalat Binyamin neighborhood, that was established at 1911. Neighborhood's authorities hoped to get a funding either from Zionist Organization (inspired by Binyamin Ze'ev Herzl), or from Baron Edmond Benjamin James de Rothschild. Eventually, no funding was given, but the name already stuck. Arts and crafts fair is hold since 1988.

Olga! You're back at your blog! Yofi. I missed you. Chag sameach gam lach.
Hi! I am an American who has been a few times and desperately would like to purchase photographs from one of the artists. He makes photos out of scripture and then overlays relative imagery. Do you know this artist and how to find his contact info!? I have googled everything I can think of but I can't find it...
Hello,
unfortunately, I'm not familiar with this artist...
Regards,
Olga.
